What qualifies
- • First-time subscriptions on any plan (Starter, Creator, Studio)
- • Plan upgrades where you are dissatisfied with the new features
- • Billing errors of any kind
- • Technical issues preventing your use of the service
What doesn't qualify
- • Requests after the 7-day window has elapsed
- • Accounts that have consumed more than 80% of their monthly credit allowance
- • Renewal charges — cancel before renewal to avoid them
- • Top-up packs of credits (these are final and non-refundable)

- Include your account email + approximate subscription date
- Briefly describe the reason (helps us improve, but not required)
- We reply within 24h and issue the refund within 5 business days
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access and credits until then.
Refund method
Refunds are always made to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Processing takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
